Hotel room is very nice but the mattress on the bed in which I slept, was horrible. They need to invest in new mattress for the rooms that is in need of them.
Hotel was pretty nice, didn't like the $100 deposit even though you get it back. The casino drink servers are slow but Locos had great food and service. Margaritas were great.
We enjoyed concert held on last night. Membership card have some type of issues to where each time I went to a machine to stick my card in, it kept showing invalid. Had to stand in a long line twice and card still wouldn't work. Finally a worker came by went took care of it. The card worked for a short time and again stuck the car into another machine and it didn't work again.
Rooms were very affordable on a Tuesday night. They were also very clean. Food from mables was great and decently priced for the quality and amount. Only complaint I have was while learning double deck blackjack I was picking up some rudeness from a dealer, but everyone has a bad day once in a while. Will go again it's my most visited casino.
Great atmosphere. Bright, open, well organized and CLEAN! Really nice staff, from player's services to restaurant and floor attendants. Good selection of games. Easy to navigate the gaming floor. Convenient parking. Only drawback is the out-of-the-way location but definitely worth the drive.
Love Cypress Bayou because everyone is so friendly and the place is so clean and they have all the new and some of the old slots we love to play. Their food is great everywhere especially Mr. Lester's Resturant! They also have great comps , loose machines and great shows.
